Many business processes include repetitive tasks that take time rather than skill to perform. These are the ideal tasks to consider for automation. Some tasks are easily automated using api calls such as handling emails and working with files in SharePoint. Other tasks are more complex to automate such as on a legacy system with no api available or it requires an AI model to be prepared.

On this course we will explore tasks and process mining tools to decide which Microsoft automation method to use. We will use Power Automate desktop to automate processes on a legacy system, use AI Builder to extract information from files and use Power Automate cloud flows to orchestrate the execution of the whole process. You'll be ready to automate your processes with all of your systems.
